The Consortium will establish an Evaluation Committee, made up of five members, one for each partner institution. Each member will evaluate each application firstly by themselves, through the online database of the Consortium, and then during one meeting (at least) with all the other members of the Committee.
Evaluation Procedure
Evaluation will be done disregarding the choices of the applicants concerning scholarships. The evaluation will only concern the mandatory documents students had to submit (see pages Requirements and Deadlines).
The Evaluation Committee will meet three times:
- From 1 February 2012 they will evaluate the applications submitted by 31 January 2012. A preliminary list (LIST A) will be drawn up by the end of February 2012. Selected students will receive notification in order to let them apply for visas. Students will have to send confirmation of acceptance within 5 days from notification.
- On 16 August 2012 the Evaluation Committee will examine the (pre)enrolled students again only to remove from the list the students who did not certify their recognized Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent).
Scholarships Assignement Procedure
Category A, Category B and Window Erasmus Mundus Scholarships will be assigned according to LIST A, drawn up as evaluation of the applications submitted by 31 January 2012.
