More... FAQs Admission If I don’t have the English certificate (TOEFL, etc) by the deadline, can I be admitted anyway?
Yes, you can, but you have to upload (as a temporary certificate) a letter from the Director/Coordinator of your Bachelor's Degree study programme (or an academic in that group or an English teacher) stating that you are so fluent in English that you can understand and discuss high level scientific topics. Then, if you are selected, you will have to send an official certificate no later than 
15 August 2012. (see Requirements).
